Amenities at The Crossings.
The Crossings Condominium meticulously maintains its gym, sauna, whirlpool, party room and all other amen. Almost all common areas were remodeled in 2010. The gym was remodeled in late 2014. The Association maintains a detailed 30-year capital plan that details all common elements and budgets for their future replacement.
